In today’s economy, we know many patients have financial concerns. At Agave Dental, we offer optimal and affordable dental care and help patient save money on their dental care. Our Phoenix dental office is in-network for many PPOs and we offer several other affordable payment options, including our in-house Smile Savings Plan that you can join to save 20-100% off average treatment fees. We believe strongly that the best way to reduce the overall costs of dental care is to engage in the prevention of problems before they happen. Prevention is the result of good habits and regular dental exams and cleanings. The plan is for individuals or families who would like to save money on regularly scheduled, high quality dental care but do not have dental insurance.

Our Smile Savings Plan is a discount plan that saves patients 20–100% off regular dental fees at Agave Dental. It is not insurance, so there is no waiting period, no deductible and no maximums. The plan pays for itself with just a regular cleaning, exam and x-rays.

Membership is $165 for a 12 month period for an individual. $235 for a couple or $295 for the entire family (parents and children under 18).
